Obituary For Mrs. Willie Mae Williams

Mrs. Willie Mae Williams, 97, of Tallahassee, FL, went Home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 5, 2022. Funeral service will be 11 AM, Saturday, December 17, 2022 at St. Mary Primitive Baptist Church (655 W. Georgia Street) with burial at Tallahassee Memory Gardens. Viewing will be from 12 (Noon) to 6 PM Friday, December 16, 2022 at Strong & Jones Funeral Home. She was a devoted member of Mt. Pleasant Primitive Baptist Church and retired from the State of Florida. Her love and memory will be cherished by her children, Alma Jane Tooley (Frank), Thelma Jefferson, Leonard Williams, Sr., Margaret Ward, Mary Helen Williams, and Monica Wilborn (Ivan); eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, the late Willie “Piney” Williams, Sr.
