Mr. Alexis Yandel Hernandez-Nunez, 15, was born on Friday, November 2, 2007 and departed this life on Sunday, December 4, 2022.

Funeral service will be held at Holloway Memorial Funeral Home, 2502 NC Hwy 55, Durham, NC on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 3:00 pm. Burial will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 11:00 am.
