Tammy was born and raised in Montezuma, GA. She was a wonderful woman that was loved by many. She will be missed and will always be cherished. Our “Tammy” was an amazing mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Tammy attended Macon County High School and later graduated from Flint River Technical College. Tammy attended the Phillips AME Church in Butler, GA. Tammy would later become a Cosmetologist/Stylist at McDougald Funeral Home, an Author, an Entrepreneur at Multifaceted Services LLC, Promotional Director at Writing Woman Work, Production Assistant at Shooting Stars, and Owner of Tammy’s Thrift Shop. Tammy leaves behind her parents: Dorothy Reynolds and Arthur Curtis McCants. She was blessed with three beautiful children, Devante McCants, Chance McCants, and Wyana Gray. A granddaughter: Summer McCants. Sisters: Jennifer McCants, Lakeshia McCants, Aleshia Peeples, and Sonya Peacock (Kelvin). Brothers: Luther McCants, Arthur Curtis McCants, Dontavious McCants, Miyagi McCants, Kylin McCants, and Jayden McCants. Aunts: Valerie Lockhart-Snear(Johnny), Dr. Dallas Anderson(Dominko), Kaimiutrhem Aten Hotep Ra/Diane Lockhart, and Donna Mathis Waymon (Willie). Uncles: Preston Lockhart (Belinda), Larry Hicks, Rev. Lee Ernest McCants (Patricia), Garey McCants, David McCants (Linda), and Arthur Lee McCants. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
