Robert Lee, viewing will be December 27, 2022 from 5 pm to 7 pm, here at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home located at 3950 Turnpike Rd Portsmouth VA 23701, followed by a celebration of life on December 28, 2022, at 1 pm located at Greater Mt Zion Church at 3100 Deep Creek Blvd Portsmouth, VA 23704
