Funeral service for Evelyn M. Johnson "Inga" 94, will be Wednesday, December 28, at 11 am at the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Carlton Phillips, officiating. Interment will follow in Anniston Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Johnson passed away on December 19, 2022. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church and a member of the Eastern Star. She went to Shady Grove of Corenth, MS and Dupage College of Wheaton, IL. Survivors include her sons: Tony (Terkeler) Johnson, Terry (Janice) Johnson, James (Loretta) Johnson; bonus daughter/granddaughter: Jessica Williams; grandchildren: Antonio, Anthony, Stacey, Stephanie, Rayshaun, Michael, 12 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, siblings: Ruthie Monroe, James Monroe, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ruth Allen Monroe, siblings, Fairy Monroe Lebron, Ethel Monroe, Willie Monroe.
