Charles E. Roy, 76, of Henrico, died December 31, 2022. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Roy and daughter, Rosalind Coleman. Surviving are two son, Shawn E. Roy and Dyrall Coleman; one granddaughter, Shanice Coleman, one grandson, Jacolby Coleman; brother, James H. Roy, Jr.; sister, Ruth Roy Robinson; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Sunday, January 8 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, January 9, at Roselawn Memory Gardens.
