Maxine Weaver Campbell, 79 of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Friday, December 30, 2022, at her residence in Memphis, Tennessee. Born Thursday, March 11, 1943 in Memphis, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late John Weaver and the late Bessie Ellis Weaver. She was a retired Educator for Memphis City Schools. Surviving are sons, Kenneth Campbell and Kevin Campbell (Monica), daughter, Kerri Campbell, three siblings, John Weaver Jr, Vernell Lockhart and Virige Booker five grandchildren, Kenadi, Kenneth, Gwendolyn, Desiree and Christopher, one great grandchild Kason and Kimberly Lockhart. The visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:55 AM on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Cane Creek Baptist Church, 1785 Elvis Pressley Blvd, Memphis, Tennessee. Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday at Cane Creek Baptist Church located at 1785 Elvis Pressley Blvd Memphis, Tennessee 38106. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Memphis, TN.
