Deacon Freddie Drayton was born on April 12, 1961 in Sylvester, Georgia to the late Mr. and Mrs. Willie James and Gussie Cooper Drayton.

He was educated in the Worth County Public School System, and graduated from Worth County High School in 1981.

Freddie was a member of the Jesus Christ Tabernacle of Deliverance Church, where he was ordained as a Deacon, and served as President of the Usher Board.

Freddie was united in Holy Matrimony to Miss Beverly Marlin on February 11, 2006. This union was blessed as they blended their families with six children.
