Regina E. Randall 75, went home to be with the Lord on, December 30, 2022. Mrs. Randall's viewing will be on January 5, 2023, from 5 pm to 7 pm held at Steele- Bullock Funeral Home located at 3950 Turnpike Rd Portsmouth VA. 23701, followed by a Graveside on January 6, 2023, at 12 pm located at Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery located at 3920 Airline Blvd Chesapeake, VA 23321.
