Hi my name is Jackie Bowles Thomas. I am Elzia Hayes Sr's granddaughter. He had a wife Nettie Hayes. I kept in touch with Cousin Queenie. I called her phone yesterday and it was disconnected. So I decided to check out the funeral homes here in Alabama. I haven't seen her in years because I live close to Atlanta GA. I hope this is not her. She had one son and a daughter in law. If it is I am so sorry. She was so sweet everytime we would talk. If her son read this please give me a call 678-46<-8861. I really would appreciate this very much. So sorry for the family's loss. My prayers are with you all.

Our beloved Queenie. She sang like an angel and now she is singing with the angels. Will always think of her when I hear "Amazing Grace". I know the Lord is saying "Well done, my child". Was such a great privilege to know her. Love and hugs to her family and friends. Reda Powers, former resident of the Holy Comforter.

To the friends and family of Mrs. Queenie, We are truly sad for your loss. Our prayers and thoughts are frequent for those who suffer due to the anguish of losing a loved one. We all experience this loss but the Bible teaches that soon death will end at Revelation 21:3,4 The scriptures brought us comfort when we've lost loved ones and I hope it helps by providing comfort at this most difficult time.
