Nicholas Jakolby Snead, the beloved son of Nicole Snead and Kevin Miller, was born on February 2, 2002 in High Point, NC. He transitioned from this earthly life on Friday morning, January 6, 2023. Preceding him in death, his grandparents and great-grandparents, Clarence Reed, Rosa Mae Reed, Connie Miller, William “Bo” Snead, Charles McClendon and grandfather, Edward Miller Sr.

Nick attended the local public schools and was a graduate of Southwest High School, Class of 2020. He later began employment at IMMA.

Being nurtured by a Christian family, Nick was a former member of Temple of Inspiration Truths Inc. He later joined Divine Healing and Restoration Ministries. He served faithfully in the mime, praise and worship ministry and the usher board. Nick loved the Lord. He loved to study the word of God and grew in knowledge of his savior.

Nick was a beautiful soul, with an infectious smile. He loved his siblings and his family. He was a true inspiration to everyone he met.

Those who survive him to cherish precious memories, include: his beloved mother, Nicole Snead; father, Kevin Miller and stepfather, Darius Johnson; grandparent, Barbara McLendon; siblings, Noah, Jacob, Kierra, Kyle, Kevin, Darius “DJ”, and Zion. Along with a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and special friends who all loved him dearly. Memorial service will be held Friday, January 13, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Williams Memorial C.M.E. Church, 3400 Triangle Lake Road. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. There will be no public viewing.
