Ms. Billie Denise Allen, 62, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at her residence.

Homegoing Celebration will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. at Gethsemane Baptist Church 401 Wise Street. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the church; they are requesting that everyone wear white and gold in celebration of Billie's life. There will be no PUBLIC VIEWING.
