Dorothy Johnson of Moss Point Mississippi gained her wings on January third, 2023. She began her life on June 13, 1961, to the late James and Gladys McDonald of Preston, Mississippi. Dorothy grew up in Preston and during the course of life in Preston and surrounding areas, she worked as a caregiver, and did most of her work in the medical field. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, shopping and loved her spades and dominos. She lived her life to the fullest, kept her faith in God, and didn't let anything stop her. Dorothy met the love of her life, her husband, Lonnie Johnson and in 1982 they moved to Pascagoula, Mississippi to start their new life together. Dorothy leaves her only child behind, Kimmerly McDonald of Houston, Texas. Her funeral services will be held at Robinson's Friendly Funeral Home Chapel- 4301 Main St. Moss Point, MS 39563. Her viewing starts at 11:00am and her service starts at 12:00pm. Masks are required.
