Celebration of Life Service for Tarmar will begin Saturday January 21, 2023, with his Public Visitation starting at 12:00 noon until 1:45 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church located at 1582 Benjamin Weldon Bickers Drive, Atlanta, Georgia.
