Obituary For Marvin Dwayne Campbell

Marvin “Dwayne” Campbell 54, of Fall Creek Rd., Ridgeway, VA passed this life on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at his residence. He was born in Eden, NC on December 26, 1968, the son of the late Danny Earl Campbell, and the late Marie Ann Watkins.

In addition to his parents, Marvin was preceded in death by his wife, Michelle Campbell; one daughter, Emily Campbell; one son, Eric Campbell; paternal grandparents, Lacy, and Dessie Campbell; maternal grandparents, Leonard, and Doris Pulliam; cousin, Mark Hubbard.

For many years, Marvin was an Auto Mechanic for Wayne’s Auto, and he was an over the road truck driver for multiple trucking companies.

Those left to cherish his memory include one daughter, Jessica Campbell of Martinsville, VA; one son, Daniel (Carter) Campbell of Clifton Forge, VA; one sister, Susan (John) Edwards of Eden, NC; three grandchildren, Jenisis Watkins, Kaylee Campbell, and one due in April 2023; and a host of other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023, at 12 p.m. at the C.R.V. Memorial Chapel at Hairston Funeral Home. Burial will be private. Viewing will be held on Monday, January 23, 2023, at Hairston Funeral Home between the hours of 10 a.m until 12 noon.
