Surviving are his parents, William Thomas Harvey and Thelma Pegram Harvey; brother, Todd Harvey; nephew, JaTuan; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday, February 2, 2023. A celebration of life service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, February 3 at Trinity Baptist, 2811 Fendall Avenue, Richmond. Rev. A. Lincoln James, Jr. officiating. Interment private.
