Rubin, Jeanette, 67, of St. Petersburg, Fla., transitioned on January 10, 2023.

Jeanette along with her twin sister were born August 4th 1955. She graduated from Vero Beach Senior High School and Indian River Community College. She moved to St. Petersburg met and married her husband Minson R. Rubin of 29 years. She retired from Pinellas County Schools in 2022. Jeanette loved helping others even when they didn't ask for help. Enjoyed hanging with her family and friends. She was a member of Mount Zion Progressive Missionary Baptist Church of St Petersburg florida.

She leaves behind her mother Annie Lou Simpkins, three grandchildren, her twin sister Annette Clark, Mary White, Synolia Williams and Gladys Dempsey. Two brothers, Horace Simpkins Jr. and Lee Edward Simpkins and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
