Obituary For Baby A'Zayah Stitt

A’zayah Moniquee Stitt was born on September 15, 2022, in Memphis, Tennessee, to her parents, Aquira Threatt and JaQuan Stitt. She departed this life on January 17, 2023.

Born at 5 lbs and 7.5 oz, her life spoke volume and she was still able to grip her mother’s finger and respond to her father’s touch during her brief stay here on earth. She was blessed with a large and loving family on both sides. A’zayah was loved deeply by her family. Her life was a brief gift to us that will live on in our hearts. During her brief visit on earth; she loved to eat, smile, tummy time, poop and sleep.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Marcus Powell.

She leaves to cherish, honor and protect her memory; her mother, Aquira Threatt; her father, JaQuan Stitt; her sister, A’zeia Threatt; her maternal grandmother, Tivida Hester; her maternal grandfather, Bernard Threatt (Jessica Threatt); her paternal grandparents, Arzetta and Tyjuan Stitt; aunts, Tyraniqua McCracken and Asia Stitt; uncles, Jaden Stitt and Tyler Stitt; and a host of cousins, other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 27, 2023 from 9:00am-10:00am with a funeral service to follow at 10:00am both will be held at RS Lewis & Sons 3651 Austin Peay Hwy Memphis, TN 38128

Internment will be in Memorial Park Southwoods Cemetery 5485 Hacks Cross Road
