Obituary For Mr. Melvin Vincent Lewis

Youngstown A homegoing celebration in honor of Mr. Melvin Vincent Lewis will be held Friday January 27, 2023 at 11am at Bethel Church of God in Christ, 3147 Glenwood Ave in Youngstown, OH. The family will receive friends Friday January 27, 2023 from 10-11am at the church.

Melvin will be sadly missed by all that knew or worked with him. He was a wonderful person and was as smart and as hard working an electrician as I knew in my career. I was Melvins' supervisor during his career at Youngstown Sheet and Tube and I never considered him as just someone I worked but rather as a great personal friend, and someone I had the pleasure of knowing. Rest in pease my friend..

My condolences to the families, Melvin was a great man and a great electrician, to say more he was great in a lot of handy trades. There's a quote that say Jack of all trades but a master of none but better to be a master of none than a master of one and that was Melvin. One thing I will always remember is our motto and I always say it at work, WE DO MORE WITH LESS AND LESS WITH NOTHING. Melvin you will be missed, now you are in a better place.
