Mr. Trenton J. White,30, Gadsden, passed away Saturday, January 29,2023.

Trenton White began his life’s journey on April 24,1992 to Mr. Mario White & Rolanda Sturkie. He Accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at a young age. “For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appeareth for a little time and then vanished away. Truly in the death of Trenton White, a great beautiful life has vanished. He was highly loved & respected due to his loving disposition. Trenton was a very unique person. He exemplified a compassionate spirit of love for humanity. So kind, caring and thoughtful, who loved his family until his last breath. He would give you the shirt off his back and food off his plate. On Saturday, January 28, 2023, he answered the Master’s call in the care of William Donaldson Correctional Facility.

God in His special way, at His perfect time, picked from our midst, his sweet soul and added him to His heavenly garden where his spirit will bloom forever.

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, the late Mary Sue Hawkins of Anniston, Al., Hattie Bell Thomas of Gadsden, Dorothy Sturkie & Lewis Charles Sturkie of Anniston, AL.

Those left to cherish his beautiful memories are : His loving mother, Rolanda Sturkie; Father, Mario White of Gadsden, AL; Beautiful daughters, Lacey, Neveah, and Zaela of Gadsden, AL; Siblings, Keana Sturkie, Jessalyn Davis of Albertville, AL, Breana White, Landon White of Gadsden, AL; Grandmothers, Bobbie Davis of Gadsden, AL, and Sheila Sturkie of Anniston, AL; Grandfathers, Lewis Sturkie Jr. (Joann) of Gadsden, AL and William E. White (Betty) of Gadsden, AL; Nieces, Brayuna and Kloe Sturkie; Nephew, Samuel Sturkie; A loving and devoted uncle, Lewis Sturkie III of Gadsden, AL. A host of great aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. Two very special, loyal and devoted friends, more like brothers, Jerborey Williams and Marquavis Heard of Gadsden, AL. Public viewing will be Friday, February 3, 2023 from 12noon-6pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 4, 2023 at the Mission Baptist Church at 12noon.
