Sylvia Elaine "Sibby " Hooker, 60, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023. Funeral service will be 11 AM at the Old West Florida Enrichment, 2344 Lake Bradford Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32310 with burial at Barber Cemetery in Havana, FL. "Sibby " will rest in the mortuary from 12 (Noon) to 6 PM Friday, February 3, 2023 at Strong & Jones Funeral. She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Ahmad Williams (Brenda) and Devin Williams; one daughter, Cheree Williams; two grandchildren, Jordan Williams and Amari Williams; seven siblings, Joseph Roberts (Carolyn), Jeffery Roberts, Elder Allen Dickey (Tara), Doris Hooks (Arthur), Mattie Golding (Bruce), Josephine Holland and Patricia Winslow and a host of other relatives & friends.
