Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. EST, Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Franchise Missionary Baptist Church, Phenix City, AL with Dr. Raymond Cochran, pastor, officiating. Burial to follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Phenix City, AL. Visitation will be Friday, February 10, 2023 from 2-5 p.m. EST.
Mr. Lee affectionally known as "Bama" was born January 9, 1961.
He confessed Christ and joined Franchise Missionary Baptist Church at early age where he served on the usher board.
"BAMA" attended Central High School in Phenix City, AL. He had a long time employment at Boral Brick, Columbus Foundry and until his passing, Alatrade Foods.
He was a caring, hardworking and very enjoyable person to be around. As he would always say that he was a comedian, but didn't get paid for it. He enjoyed making people laugh, no matter what the circumstances may have been at the time, he always made a joke about it.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Rudolph Lee and McArthur Lee and one sister, Rosie Pearl Lee.
He leaves to cherish his memories his loving and precious daughter, Keonna Lee; the love of his life, Jacqueline "Jackie" Lee; three brothers, Andrew Lee, David Lee and Eric Wayne Lee; three sisters, Lillie (Walter) Carnes, Ella (Thomas) Mathis and Lucilla (Levon) Jakes; mother-in-law, Lucy Simmons; brother-in-law, James Williams; sister-in-law, Patricia Williams; one aunt, Christine (William) Lawrence; one uncle, Franklin Wilborn and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
