TYLER -- Funeral services for Mr. James Lewis, 72, will be Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Higher Heights Baptist Church with Pastor Luke Hamilton as the eulogist. Burial will be in Hopewell Community Cemetery under direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Company.

Mr. Lewis was born on January 30, 1951 and transitioned on February 6, 2023.

He is survived by spouse: Julia Lewis of New Orleans, Louisiana; son: Johnny Lewis of Tyler, Texas; one brother; two sisters; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Public viewing will be Friday, February10, 2023 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
