Frankston--A celebration of life for Ms. Shirley Wagoner, 63, is scheduled for 1p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Faith Temple Church of Deliverance with Pastor Leon Warren serving as eulogist. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of John R. Harmon Undertaking Co. Public viewing will be Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
