Summer L. Fuller, 31, of Richmond, passed away on February 14, 2023. Surviving are her mother, Yvette Fuller and father, Terrance Adkins; other family and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Sunday, February 26 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, February 27 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E.
