Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Willie James Starling, Sr., will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 11:00am at Peace Missionary Baptist Church, 1759 Rowe Avenue. Public Visitation will be held at the Mortuary on Friday, February 24, 2023 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
