Ms. Candace Deanna Perkins, 45, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Wake Forest Baptist, Winston Salem, NC.

Funeral service will be held Friday, March 3, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will follow at Carolina Biblical Gardens. The family will receive friends at the chapel from 11:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
