George Allen Don Johnson, born to Roxie Hughes & Pat Johnson on January 27, 1951 in Kosciusko, MS made his transition to his heavenly home on February 21, 2023.

George had 2 siblings who preceded him in death Lonnie Hughes & Bonnie Jean Alston, one sister who he leaves to cherish his memory, Mary Helen Hughes of Chicago, Illinois. His four children, Steven Johnson who preceded him in death, Vickie Wells of Alabama, Sonya (Brock Weatherby of Kosciusko) & Jessica Johnson of Kosciusko, 10 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren, plenty of nieces, nephews, relatives, & friends.

George attended Tipton Street High School, where he later graduated and became a Tipton Bobcat Alumni. He worked for Valley Gas in his younger years and attended New Life Center Church. Goerge enjoyed being with family, drumming, and watching anything as long as it was on Sy-FY. His memories will live through the hearts of his family as we send him home.
