Mrs. Floriene Byrd Thomas of Blountstown, Florida transitioned to be with the Lord on February 26, 2023 at her residence.

Mrs. Thomas was a member of the Saint Mary Missionary Baptist Church in Blountstown, Florida under the leadership of Pastor Doctor C.L. Wilson. To know her was to love her.

Homegoing Celebration of Life Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 4, 2023, from the sanctuary of the Saint Mary Missionary Baptist Church located at 16345 SE River Street in Blountstown, Florida with Pastor Doctor C.L. Wilson, Pastor Gloria Parrish, Reverend Willie W. Mosley, Minister Patricia Mosley, and Evangelist Jacqueline Solomon officiating.

Interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery located at 326 13th Street in Blountstown, Florida.

Mrs. Thomas leaves to mourn her cherished memories, a loving family:

Her Children: Willie E. Emanuel (Joyce) of Port St. Lucie, Florida; Alliene E. Davis of Blountstown, Florida; Richard L. Emanuel of West Palm Beach, Florida; Alvin L. Thomas (Helen) of Woodstock, Georgia, Dexter L. Thomas of Blountstown, Florida; and Vernita Thomas of Canton, Georgia

Her Grandchildren: Raymond Emanuel (Nikki), Aretha Woodard (Anthony), Anthony Peterson, Roderick Peterson (Sandra Ann), Stefanie Emanuel, Jarrett Emanuel, Chase C. Brown, Ladorin Emanuel, and Dacia Coleman

Her Great Grandchildren: Justin Stubbs, Ashley Peterson, Rashae Peterson, Roderick Peterson, Jr., Randal Peterson, and Noel Emanuel

One Goddaughter: Doris Jones

And a host of great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
