Belser, Mrs. Dora, A resident of Montgomery, AL departed this life on February 25, 2023.Graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 11:00AM from Montgomery Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Belser will lie in state on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 1-8PM at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home.
