Mrs. Carmen Grant, 58, entered into rest, Sunday, February 26, 2023, at her residence. She was a member of Grace Street Church of Christ.

Mrs. Grant's legacy will be cherished by: her loving husband, Melvin Grant; daughter, Megan Grant; son, Cameron Grant; granddaughter, Mya Grant; sisters, Carolyn Tutt and Sherry Tutt Kennedy; god sister, Aquanita Hills; sisters in law, Mattie Winfrey, Mary Ware, Martha Kemp, Joanne Grant, and Minnie Hawkins; brothers in law, Harry Kennedy, Solomon Ware III, Brady Kemp, and Roosevelt Winfrey; god brother, Benjamin Carter; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be 2:00 PM, Friday, March 3, 2023, at Grace Street Church of Christ (120 Grace Street-Augusta, GA), with Pastor Carl Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Walker Memorial Park (620 Laney Walker Boulevard-Augusta, GA).
