Joshua Mosley, Jr. departed peacefully on Sunday, February 19, 2023. MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held Friday, March 17, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's A.M.E. Church, 6910 New Kings Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32219.
