Obituary For Mr. Willie Warren Willie Warren, 76, of Panama City, FL transitioned Feb 26th.

He was dedicated to Bay High School as a teacher, coach, club sponsor, and mentor. He loved teaching and availed himself of every opportunity to “Make a Difference.”

He was a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity; the recipient of the Henshaw-Whitley Teacher Excellence Award in 2008 and an inductee into the 2013 Bay High Sports Hall of Fame.
