My heart aches from this news. Joe B was one boyhood mentor. To say he was intense, would be an understatement, especially in sports. Joe B was a good MAN. My condolences to the entire family.

We met Mr. Joe 27 years ago when we became his neighbor. He loved watching our kids grow up. Lately he has enjoyed sitting outside watching our dog catch frisbees. We never missed saying "Hey Mr. Joe" if we saw him outside. I enjoyed taking him a plate of food every now and then. Will always remember being in front of him at the Captain Ds and buying his dinner. I think that put a smile on his face and shocked him. We thought the world of our Mr. Joe. We are always here for the family if y'all need anything!! ❤️ ——The Tyler's—— Steven, Kim, Hailey & Sam
