Funeral service for Efrem Gilmore, 51, of Auburn, AL will be at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Shiloh AME Zion Church, 4900 County Road 24, Auburn, AL 36830 (Brownville Community) with interment in Garden Hills Cemetery, 1218 Frederick Road, Opelika, AL, 36801, Reverend Hubert Brown, Jr. Pastor, Reverend Fredna Grimmett, Officiating.

Mr. Gilmore, who passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023 at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL, was born June 12, 1971 in Macon County, AL.

Public viewing will be Monday, March 13, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Facial covering is required)

Mr. Gilmore will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories: two children, Ladetric Love and Zanquavious (Raven) Gilmore both of Opelika, AL; mother, Dorothy (Jessie) Watts of Opelika, AL; father, Clinton Grady, Sr., of Opelika, AL; two step-sons, Keith Baker and Kendarious Baker both of Auburn, AL; one sister, Patricia (Ricky) Wright of Auburn, AL; four brothers, Johnny Ezell, Clinton (Arnesa) Grady, Jr., both of Opelika, AL, Gabrille Gilmore of Independence, MI and Kee Coleman of New York, NY; six aunts, Sharon Gilmore of Auburn, AL, Mary Stinson of Tuskegee, AL, Lillie (John) Johnson of Fredericksburg, VA, Gertude Crump of Opelika, AL, Bunnie Mae Grady and Eltha Holland both of New Jersey; four uncles, Robert T. Grady, Thomas Holland, John Lee Grady and John Lewis (Arlene) Grady all of Opelika, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
