Dorothy Ree “Dot” McDow Faulkner, 69, entered into eternal rest on Friday, March 10, 2023. She was born on March 26, 1953 in Lancaster County South Carolina to the late Carl and Doretha Brooks McDow.

Dot was a faithful member of Mt. Carmel AME Zion Church until her health declined.

Dot was married to the late Artis Lee Faulkner.

Left to cherish her memories are three daughters, Kimberly Witherspoon, Twanna Faulkner (Keith) and Crystal Brevard (Billy) all of Lancaster, SC; ten grandchildren, Kanisha McDow, Christopher Brown, Jeremy McDow, Del Rico McDow, De Marco McDow, Kyanna McDow, Darryl McDow, Jada Cunningham, Jaden Cunningham and Kalajion Catoe; twelve great grandchildren; three sisters, Mamie Mingo (Johnny), Mary Hazel (Rodney) and Tirise McDow all of Lancaster, SC; three brothers, John McDow (Euree), Randolph McDow ( Lisa) and Jeffrey McDow all of Lancaster, SC; one aunt, Carrie Brown (Willie), son –in- law, Robert Ingram and a sister - in - law, Verma Blakeney (Bobby)

Funeral Service will be day 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Mt. Carmel AME Zion Church. Pastor Eric L. Franks will conduct the funeral service.

Viewing will be 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Friday, March 17, 2023 at Stewart Funeral Home.
