Mr. James Frank leaves to cherish his loving memories, his wife, Mrs. Paula Williams; his 4 children, Frank Thompkins, Dawn Phillips, James Williams, Jr., and Jamie Williams; as well as his siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
