He was such a dashing dresser ,always sharp and I would tell him - Sir you are wearing that suit well and he would smile and give a compliment "right back atcha" Just a Beautiful soul. To the family of "Major Scott", my family & I send our sincere condolences to his loving family. As a member of Greater Bethel AME Leesville LA, he was an influential part of my life growing up as a youth member. I believe I can speak for all of the girls that sang in the choir then that Major Scott was a true example of a Godly man, loving father and willing servant of the Lord. I will never forget the lessons on IMPROMTU SPEAKING in his attempt to prepare us for the future beyond the four walls of the church. Dawn, we are praying for your strength, peace and comfort at this hour & the days ahead. Love Tanya Jackson and family Little Rock AR
