Connie was a childhood friend that so graciously continued through adulthood. She could keep you laughing, and was always smiling, and looking toward the brighter side of every difficult situation. She definitely loved to shop, and was always impeccably dressed. I am so glad I got to talk with her a few weeks ago, not knowing this was on the way. Praying for the family, and those who shared in her life. Sharon Allen Mayo

My condolences to the Family. Connie and I had a friendship, for over a decade. We shared lots of lunches, brunches, dinners. She loved Shopping and Football. She pushed herself often when I'm sure she was in pain, but she never complained. She is at peace and no pain now. she will be missed dearly. RIP My Friend "June"

Aunt Connie I miss you so much. Even though I know you are not suffering and no longer in pain a part of me still wants you here. You were more than an aunt you were a mother figure to me. I will miss our shopping trips and being on the phone with you for hours at a time. This really hurts but I know you are in a better place. I love you always! Nita
