Darlene is survived by her son, Tamel Towe; daughters, Kendra Redd and Sharika Towe all of Garner; daughter of her heart, Seana Spicer, New Bern; her sisters, Connie Towe Brown, New Bern, Diane Curry, Chesterfield VA, Janice Hall, SC, Linda Gibson, VA; Brenda Towe, New Bern; eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
