Doris helped out at Saint John’s United Methodist Church. She loved to go to church when she could. She loved planting her beautiful flowers and reading. She also loved helping people who needed help as she knew many people in Fort Pierce from her help and generosity.
On March 13, 2023 Doris J. Rowe peacefully departed this life. She was preceded in death by her parents: John Henry Rowe and Eldora L. Rowe; sister: Annie Bush; brothers: Truman Rowe, Willie Rowe, John H. Rowe.
Those left to cherish her memories are her sisters: Ruby D. Stokes and Margaret M. Arnold both of Kansas City, MO, Hazel V. Rowe of Fort Pierce, FL; nieces: Sharon Staples, Pamela Staples, Valeria Dupriest(Julius), Chandra Arnold, Brittany Arnold, Elana Jones all of Kansas City, MO; Latoya Rowe of Orlando, FL, Ashley Hatcher and Tempest Hatcher both of Fort Lauderdale, FL; nephews: Jimmie L. Moore(Sheila) of Fort Pierce, FL, Timothy Hatcher of North Carolina, Joseph Arnold, Jr. of Kansas City, MO, Quinton Evans, Jr. of Orlando, FL, Brett Arnold of Kansas City, MO; and a host of other family members and friends who will miss her.
Funeral Services for Doris J. Rowe will convene on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Stone Brothers Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL beginning at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Park.
