Sarah Denise “Neese” McGill age 59 of Lincolnton, North Carolina transitioned on Friday, March 31, 2023 at Atrium Health-Lincolnton, Lincolnton, North Carolina.

She was born in Cleveland County, North Carolina on January 5, 1964 to the late Silas Walter Cauthen and Mary Reola Nichols McGill. At an early age she attended Zion Hill Baptist Church. She attended public school at West Lincoln High School. She was a homemaker.

Survivors are her daughters, Tamika McGill, Kennaphine McGill, Brandie Evans (Michael) all of Lincolnton, North Carolina; one brother, Douglas McGill (Tisha) of Waco, North Carolina; two sisters, Annie (Albert) Anderson of Crouse, North Carolina; Mildred Bridges of Lincolnton, North Carolina; niece/sister, Renee Smith of Shelby, North Carolina; two aunts, Barbara Jefferies, Florence Nichols; five grandchildren, Shyvion Ross, Diamond Ross, Bles Robinson, Future Robinson, Myrikal Robinson, one great grandson, Kaison Ross.

Funeral Service will be Friday, April 7, 2023 at 3:00 pm in White’s Family Chapel with burial to follow in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 2:30 p.m. on Friday and there will be a public walk through from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Funeral Home.
