Sonya Ellis-Evans , 59 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Saint Francis Hospital Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee.

Born Thursday, March 19, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Ellis and the late Rachel Walker Ellis . She was the wife of Antonio Evans . Surviving are son, Fred Boler , daughters, Tericia Ellis and Adrian Boler; 5 grand children.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 7, 2023 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Funeral service will be Saturday, April 8, 2023 12:00noon both will be held at RS Lewis & Sons 2944 Walnut Grove Road, Memphis, TN 38111.

Interment will be Monday, April 10, 2023 in New Park Cemetery, 4536 Horn Lake Road Memphis, TN 38109.
