Francisco Manuel Rivera-Howell was born at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He was the loving son of Hilda Rodriguez and Francisco Anton-Rivera.

He received his formal education in Staten Island, New York and attended Susan E. Wagner High School. During his working career, Francisco was employed as a Direct Care Worker.

Francisco also known as “Ceazar” or “Pops” had a heart of gold and was well known and respected. He was the “go to dad” and a father to all that came across his path during his life’s journey.

On Wednesday, March 29, 2023, Francisco Manuel Rivera-Howell transitioned into eternal life in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Francisco was a loving son, brother and outstanding father. He leaves to cherish memories of him, his wife, Jennita Howell; his children, Antonio Ortiz, Sabrina Howell, Brandon Howell, Francisco Rivera Howell, Axaviar Rivera Howell, Jamir Rivera Howell; his mother, Hilda Rodriguez; his siblings, Tiarish Rivera, Angel Rivera, Lawrence Green, Shashana Rodriguez; granddaughter, Nicolie McLean; a grandson on the way, Francisco Nahshon Rivera-Howell Pullin; five nieces and five nephews, that will greatly miss him.

Let us remember Francisco the joy and encouragements that he gave to others and let’s keep those memories alive in our hearts.
