Lucille "Vonnie" Overton Oliver, 76, of Richmond, died April 9, 2023. She was preceded in death by her son, Keith Oliver and grandson, Dion Hall. Surviving are her son, Frank M. Oliver; devoted cousins, devoted friend, Jerry Thornton, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Sunday, April 16 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, April 17 at Scott's Chapel, 1216 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Rev.
