Montrell L. Brooks, 37, of Richmond, died April 10, 2023. Survivng are his mother and stepfather, Gloria Brooks Boyd and Orlanda Boyd; two sisters, Shakira Sams and Alvaresha Brooks; three nephews, Damon, Kelmon and Little AJ; eleven special aunts and uncles, Shirlene, Patricia, Gertrude, Edward "Junie", Diane, Eddie, Jackie, Yvette, Sarah, Michele and Linelle; a special friend, Vanessa Howard and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Friday, April 21 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m..
