Mrs. Rowena Richardson Flagler, 72, was born on Wednesday, November 8, 1950 and departed this life on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at St. Mark AME Zion Church, 531 S. Roxboro St., Durham, NC.; family and friends visitation service from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, funeral service 12:00 pm. Burial will be held at Glennview Memorial Park.
