Penny Denise Johnson life came to an end on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the age of 65 at Alive Hospice of Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee. Penny was born on May 3, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN to the parents of Josephine Marie Jasper and Paul Johnson.

She leaves to cherish her memories son, Tavares Johnson; siblings, William Bubba Jasper, John Johnson, Henry Ervin Hyde and Lashanda Johnson Rucker; nieces and nephews, Tameka Mccullough, Michael Hyde, Deanna Hyde, Johnequa Waters, Jontavious Waters, Natoya Martin, Mykeshayla Grier and Tiarra Williams, cousins and friends.
