Bernard's Madison Chapel announces the passing of Ms. Thelma Ruth Cook of Madison, Georgia, Ms. Thelma Cook passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023.

Visitation will be Monday, May 1, 2023, from 4:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. at Bernard's Madison Chapel, 1086 Ward Road, Madison.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at Barrow Grove Baptist Church, 1600 Barrows Grove Road, Buckhead, Georgia 30625 with remains placed in state at the church at 11:00a.m. Burial will follow at Fairview City Cemetery, Madison, Georgia.
