Born to the parentage of the late Charles William and Ruby Keith Howard, he graduated from Ballard Hudson High School, class of 1965 and was an avionic technician and an electronic warfare supervisor at Robins Air Force Base. Survivors include; brother, Charles D. Howard, Macon, GA; nephews; Cedric A. Howard, Lizella, GA and Carlos D. Howard, Tifton, GA; sister-in-law, Mildred A. Howard, Lizella, GA; other relatives and friends.
